Frankly, the problem I observed was in the left navigation menu. The listed items in the menu weren't parallel in terms of the level in the site map. The contents of each tab were also lacking a sense of function and poorly communicated.

Here are my listed concerns and possible fixes after my first round of examination of the site. Yes, there's LOTS of problems!

In order to clearly understand the function of this site and to also know how the users would perceive their purpose of being in the site, I drew out the user stories of the primary account type users and how they come about becoming a user.
