At Ericsson, I joined a small cross-functional team tasked with building a scalable, white-label design system to support both internal tools and external-facing products across web and mobile.

One of our biggest challenges was building a color system flexible enough for rapid rebranding—without sacrificing accessibility or functional contrast. It needed to adapt quickly, yet remain solid under pressure.

We started by defining a strong system architecture, then built out the component libraries in Figma while working closely with engineers to ensure accuracy and consistency in implementation. I co-led the effort, designing core components and helping shape the language of the system.

To ensure adoption, we created documentation and workflows that made it easy for teams to plug in and move fast. Over time, the system became a foundational layer for Ericsson’s internal tech acceleration program—bringing speed, alignment, and cohesion to a complex product landscape.
